HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We want your satisfaction to be full, so if for any reason you are not satisfied with the items acquired in www.savageculture.com, you have 14 calendar days from the day of delivery to contact with us to process the return. The return service is free IN SPAIN AND PORTUGAL, only have to follow the instructions we give you.
If you have had a shipping cost promotion, and after the return, your original order does not accomplish the minimum conditions that promotion requires, the discount obteined will be deducted from the refund.
If you have had a 2x1 promotion you can not return a partial purchase. You can change the size of the items but not a partial return.
TO DO THIS YOU MUST FOLLOW THESE STEPS
- Alerts of your intention to make a return to the centre of customer service of Savage Culture via mail email@example.com
- Then fill in the returns form that you will receive with your order (the reason for your return is important for us), noting also the reference of the item you want to return and enter this document in the package/envelope you want to use.
- Enter the garment or garments to return in this package/envelope. Returned products must be in perfect condition and keep your original packaging.
- Paste or write on the package the data of shipment that you will find attached, to the returns and that contains the address of the central stock of www.savageculture.com.
· Proceed to be refunded in the shortest time possible, once approved your return. This term will never be delayed more than 30 days. The reinbursment will always take place in the same way of payment used to parchase.
· To make such changes, you must contact customer service and arrange a refund, then proceed to place a new order with the right size.
· If you have received a discount in shipping costs, for a minimum purchase, when receiving the amount of the refund, if part of the accepted order is below the minimum to enjoy the discount amount, it will be applied proportional to shipping in repayment deduction.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY WILL ACCEPT RETURNS IN THE FOLLOWING CASES
· The items are in the same state in which they were received.
· That they not have been washed or used in any way.
· That you retain your label and original packaging.
· That package/envelope to return include the completed return form.
· You've benefited from a joint offer, it will return the full pack, not being able to separate garments that were part of the same promotion.
If a return does not meet all the above needs, we will not make a refund. The article will be returned to the customer, at his own expenses.
